The adhesive is used as a binder for wood products such as laminated wood. It is suitable for unstructured materials and structural materials. The main agent is the polyvinyl acetate emulsion with excellent waterproof effect. The curing agent is generally isocyanate. The color is mainly milky white viscous liquid, and the curing agent is light brown.

一、 Product use:

 mainly used for hard wood species, such as: hard maple, ash, red oak, teak and so on.

二、 Usage:

1. The moisture content of wood is 8-12%;

2. Ratio: panel glue: curing agent = 10:0.8 ~ 1 (weight ratio).

3. When using, add the curing agent into the glue and mix evenly, and use it best within 1-2 hours. It is a normal phenomenon to find bubbles in use. If there are too many bubbles, it needs to be stirred several times until the bubbles settle naturally before use. 

三. Pressure relief:

 pressure relief is required for a long time. Pressure relief can be carried out for small area plates 1.5 hours after pressure relief, but 3 hours after pressure relief must be carried out before transferring to the next process.

Viscosity: 12000 ~ 150000cp IV

High temperature resistance test: after baking in 65 ° oven for 48 hours, the temperature jumped to 75 ° and then baking for 48 hours, without cracking;

Boiling test: boiling in boiling water for 1 hour without cracking;

Bubble test: no abnormality was found in normal temperature water for 120 hours;

Low temperature resistance test: no cracking was found in - 30 ° for 120 hours.

五、 Precautions:

1. Stir well before use;

2. If you touch the skin or body parts, you should clean them immediately; if you spill on the ground, you should use adsorption method to deal with the leakage, and pay attention to the drainage when washing with water 3. After using this product, you should seal the container;

六、 Storage method:

1. It should be stored in a cool place, the best temperature is 5 ℃ - 35 ℃;

2. Keep the product in a well ventilated place;

3. Keep the container lid closed at all times.
