1. High transparency and good preservation.
It can be stored for a long time on the printed matter coated by it. Under the long-term strong sunlight, the waterborne Varnish is not easy to turn yellow or change color.
2. Good wear resistance.
Packaging printing products need strong wear resistance. Measured by 50 pressures per square centimeter, they can generally reach n50-70 brightness units, while high-grade bright type can exceed 80, and non absorbent base materials can reach N90. Especially the cigarette box, in the high-speed operation with the speed up to 300-500 packets / minute, the cigarette label must bear a large mechanical load
3. Conjunctiva is fast.
The drying process of Waterborne Varnish is 30% by evaporation, 70% by infiltration and absorption of materials, which can be completed in a few seconds. When the polish oil still contains 20% ~ 30% water, the conjunctiva can be formed.
4. Good heat sealing performance. At present, when PP film is widely used as the outer packaging of cigarette packs, water-based varnish has good heat sealing performance. Even if Celluloid is used, good heat sealing effect can be obtained.
5. The finished product has good flatness and strong roll resistance.
Water based varnish is used to polish the soft package. After the product is cut into large sheets and then cut into gold stamping parts, it still maintains good flatness and roll resistance. This will provide a new way for the offset printing to change to gravure printing, especially for the cigarette mark which needs stamping.
